salsa real is a young, burning formation of musicians from all over Europe. The members met each other at the end of 2000 in Amsterdam and soon an enthousiastic, cooking band was born:

 salsa real.

 The Spanish singer Mapi Quintana-Bellón provides the energy and temper that this music demands from a vocalist. With her powerful and natural way of singing, she blends perfectly with the driving grooves of the rhythm section, the burning horn arrangements and the strong choir. A swinging party that will get everyone on the dancefloor.

 salsa real presents a repertoire, consisting of Music of Gloria Estefan, Ruben Blades, Oscar d’Leon, Jimmy Bosch, Celia Cruz, Irakere, Ismael Rivera, Victor Manuelle and others and covers various styles, such as Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba Guaguanco, Son Montuno and Bomba.

 The band plays on smaller family occasions as well as on bigger commercial events or dance parties. A sound system plus technician can be provided. The minimum stagesurface is 24 m².
